Conditions We Treat

We have treated thousands of patients with a range of conditions, and we can provide diverse healing methods in order to be accommodating and flexible during our treatment sessions. We have had many patients come to us with sciatica pain running down their leg and shoulder problems that have been bothering them for years. Our doctors provide 60-minute sessions of one-on-one personal skilled therapy and bring clients the relief they have desperately longed for without surgery or medication.

Neck pain
Arm numbness/tingling
Hip pain
Knee pain
Plantar fasciitis

Post-surgical rehabilitation
Shoulder tendonitis/bursitis
Golfer’s elbow
Tennis elbow
Carpal tunnel syndrome

Treatments We Use

We only use current, evidence-based treatments at Sculpt U, including:

Spinal Manipulation — a quick thrusting technique that brings a joint through its anatomic range of motion, typically followed by an audible pop and several therapeutic effects.
Dry Needling — the use of solid filiform needles inserted into myofascial trigger points, tendons, joints and around nerves.
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) — the use of specific metal tools, coupled with a variety of stroking methods, to treat soft tissue dysfunction and restore full, pain-free range of motion.
Pain Science Education — we use current research to teach patients how to understand their pain and explain why our treatments are so effective. Patients who understand their pain have much better outcomes compared to others who perform the same treatment without this critical education component.

Our Approach

If you are a person who puts your health before anything else, then you have found the perfect partners. Our therapists are doctorate-level clinicians with advanced training in manual therapy and comprehensive diagnostic assessments, and we are dedicated to restoring your health and wellness.

Most of the time spent with your physical therapist will be focused on hands-on treatment or exercises that cannot be done at home. You will then be given tailored corrective exercises to maintain the gains from the session until you are ultimately pain-free. Due to the fact that every patient responds differently, our physicians are versed in several diagnostic and manual therapy methods. Our one-on-one treatment style gives us the opportunity to determine your response very early on, eliminating any unwarranted sessions. We pride ourselves on spending the time necessary to discover the root of your problem in our hour-long examinations, and we feel that you owe it to yourself to try our proven treatments and get back to your best you!

Here’s what people are saying:

“As a urologist focusing on men’s health for over 25 years, I have dealt with a vast array of patient illnesses. The number of patients with associated sports injuries of all types and at all ages has steadily increased, although low back pain seems to be one of the most common complaints. Getting my patients into a well-supervised and strategically designed exercise program is imperative to their having a successful outcome and overall sense of well-being. Sculpt U provides a unique service that is simply not found anywhere else. It focuses on a true holistic approach that puts the patient’s needs first — something that I wholeheartedly
support. Sculpt U is creatively far ahead of its peers and is a medical service that I will regularly recommend for my patients.”
