Greg has been a personal trainer since 1981, and he has been a certified sports therapist for more than 25 years. His training style is sports-specific and is structurally integrated with task-oriented goals.
As a sports therapist, structural integration for the overall well-being of his clients is his preferred treatment. He started working out at the age of 9 and has competed in men’s Bodybuilding since he was 18. His message therapy sessions utilize active release therapy, trigger points, therapeutic massage Asian Modality, stretching, and relaxing with oil “Swedish Massage” therapy if requested or asked for.
